When a traumatic event overwhelms your nervous system it can trigger the fight or flight response and potentially hamper your body’s ability to process the trauma fully. Causing that trauma to be stuck in your body or tissues. This is called a trauma loop which is simply a brain state that has created a pathway in the nervous system. We use EFT together to disrupt this cycle at the level of the body and the unconscious mind.
