These two modalities are usually included in my Breathwork and Coaching sessions if necessary. I often include them on Retreats and in Workshops. If however you wanted to work solely with either of these techniques the pricing is below.
The number of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) sessions needed to resolve a problem depend on several factors, including the complexity of the issue, the individual’s responsiveness to EFT, and the depth of the emotional or psychological concerns being addressed.
As a rule of thumb: if it is a minor limiting belief based on 1 incident, this can be resolved in 1 session. If you want to resolve a whole childhood’s worth of narcissistic abuse, this will take a much longer. Trauma resurfaces in layers, and the client has to allow enough time to process and integrate the trauma release. In these more complex cases, a minimum of 6 to 10 sessions would probably be needed.
You will feel an immediate shift in our first session together but for more complex issues, you will need further EFT sessions with me to shift everything.
I teach my clients the EFT routine so that they can practice on their own between sessions and this can help reinforce the benefits of the trauma release and speed up the process.

1. Initial 1-hour EFT Session – Cost $125
2. A further 5 sessions. One session per week over a further 5 weeks – Cost $445 ($570 – $125 initial 1 hour coaching session)
3. A 6 session package. One session per week over 6 weeks – Cost $540
4. Subsequent 1 – hour EFT – Cost $105
TRE:
1. Initial 1-hour TRE Session – Cost $125
2. Subsequent 1 – hour TRE – Cost $90
Refund Policy:
What if I can’t make my one-on-one session? For private/one-on-one sessions I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Give me at least 24 hours’ notice and I will reschedule your session. Your reschedule must fall within the next 14-day period.
Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice mean you forfeit that session.
A cancellation due to illness and events beyond your control will result in a credit note which you must use within the next 14 days.
For Group Sessions, a cancellation due to illness and events beyond your control will result in a credit note which you must use within the next 14 days or when the next similar Group session is being held.
If the event is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund.
