Why you need this Mala – Sundari: One of the guiding principles of mind-body medicine is the interconnection of all things. Each of us is an inseparable part of an infinite field of intelligence, and in this very moment, with every breath, we are exchanging millions of atoms with the universe. And good health is not just the absence of disease or symptoms; it is a state of optimal balance, vitality and wholeness.  And we live in a society that celebrates the physical: physical beauty, physical wealth and physical prowess.  But when you are only invested in the physical, the goal posts are forever shifting and you are never satisfied. Likewise over-investment in the mental, where life is rationalised and reduced to parts, and the mystical power of the spirit is lost. If you feel your life is not in balance then the Sundari mala will bring you back to harmony and unity.

Healing: A perfect mala to find balance to body, mind and spirit. Establishing a healthy dialogue between our thoughts and our molecules helps us shift from imbalance to balance. And when we’re in an optimal state of entirety, we naturally tend to listen to our body with love and reverence and make good choices. The Sundari mala will gently guide you back to wholeness, wellness and mental clarity, always connecting you with the Divine.

Amazonite (Chakras 4 & 5):  This crystal’s calming properties allows the mind, body, and soul to be at peace by balancing yin/yang and opening the heat and throat chakras. It assists in soothing emotional trauma and enhances loving communication.

Rose Quartz (Chakra 4):  The stone of unconditional love and self-love, Rose Quartz draws the right love into your life and restores harmony and trust in relationships. This gemstone also opens and purifies the heart to promote inner healing.

Rudraksha (Chakras 1, 6 & 7):  According to mythology, Lord Shiva was said to have spent 1000 years in meditation for the benefit of all beings, and upon opening his eyes, tear drops rolled down from his eyes and landed upon the earth taking birth as the sacred Rudraksha tree. Medicinally they are known to be cooling when worn against the skin, reduce stress, increase mental clarity, and rejuvenate the entire mind and body.

Seed of Life Pendant: The seed of life mandala has been referenced in ancient texts and spiritualties throughout history. Its seven circles, combined to create a flower represent the 7-days of creation. It embodies universal creation, fertility and represents the feminine.

Mantra: Bija mantra, RAM

Mantra Meaning: The Bija mantras are one-syllable seed sounds that, when said aloud, activate the energy of the chakras in order to purify the mind and body. When you chant the Bija mantra RAM, you resonate with the energy of the third (manipura) chakra. The sound Ram brings powerful balancing and healing qualities directly into your physical body, mind and emotions. This mantra settles the emotional body and soothes the heart and helps you connect with your spirit.
