Carnelian (Chakra 2): Improves overall energy, leading to an increase in vitality, courage and creativity, while still grounding you in reality. Carnelian also enhances motivation allowing you to achieve more in your day to day life.
Multi-Moonstone (Chakras 2, 6 & 7): A stone for “new beginnings”. A stone of inner growth and strength. Moonstone balances male and female energies in the physical body. Also used to calm and balance the emotional body, especially emotions like aggression. Moonstone relieves stress and insomnia, and is often used for balancing hormones, PMS and fertility issues. On a mental level, moonstone has been used to increase creativity, intuition and patience.
Red Jasper (Chakras 1 & 2): Red Jasper balances the Root Chakra, located at the base of the spine, which is the foundation of physical and spiritual energy for the body.
